The public are welcome to speak during the first 15 minutes of a council meeting if they wish to raise any matters of concern with Councillors. The public may also speak for a maximum of 3 minutes on any item on the Agenda at the beginning of that item. Please advise the clerk accordingly.The clerk may also announce extra meetings of the council to deal with Planning Applications which arise in between scheduled meetings.
