The Nightsafe partnership works together to ensure that the Babergh District is as safe as possible for people enjoying a night out.

The Lock'em Inn Campaign - Zero Tolerance!

Anyone visiting the District who is behaving in a disorderly fashion who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be arrested.

£80 fixed penalty notices for disorder!

Penalties will be issued to anyone caught urinating, defecating or vomiting in the street who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The fine will be payable at the Police Station.  This will be strictly enforced.
