The Society holds a Spring Flowers Evening and two Shows each year, a one day show in early July and a two day show towards the end of August with classes for vegetables, flowers, floral art, home cooking and photography. There are special classes for exhibitors aged sixteen and under. Entries for both shows are accepted from members and non-members.

Early Summer show 2008

The Early Summer Show will be held on Saturday 12th July 8 at saint Lukes Church, Homefield Avenue, Lowestoft. Note: the new venue and Saturday show.

All entries to be with the Show Secretary by Wednesday 9th July 2008.

Staging between 7.00pm and 8.00 pm on Friday 11th July and Saturday 12th July between 8.30 and 11.00 am.

Judging starts at 11 am and the show opens to the public at 1.15pm. Admission to the show is free to all exhibitors, with a charge of  £1.00 for visitors.


Late Summer show 2008

The Late Summer show is being held on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th August 2008. The show takes place in a marquee at Pontin's Holiday Centre at Pakefield to the south of Lowestoft. There is a special competition for "The Worlds Largest Dahlia" and the "Pontin's Cup" is presented for the largest pumpkin.

All entries must be with the Show Secretary by Wednesday 13th August 2008.

Staging is available on Friday 15th August  between 5.00 pm and 7.30 pm and Saturday 16th August between 7.30 am and 10.45 am.

Judging starts at 11.00 am on the Saturday and the show is open to the public between 1.15pm and 6.00 pm on Saturday and between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on Sunday. Admission to the show is £1.00.
