Another recipe sent in from Jon that sounds really tasty.
We've not had chance to try this one yet but if you would like
to try it and send us in a picture we will then use it on this
page.
Ingredients
- 3oz Butter
- 2 tablespoon malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves of garlic skinned and crushed
- 1 level teaspoon salt
- 1/2 level teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 level teaspoon dry mustard
Method
- Melt the butter over low heat in a pan, add
vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, rosemary and mustard.
- Line a grill pan with foil and put on the
chicken pieces fleshy side up.
- Spoon the mixture over the top leave to stand
for 30 minutes.
- Turn grill on high cook for 5 minutes then lower
heat and cook for a further 15 minutes turn over and
baste.
- Cook for a further 20 minutes or until the
juices from the chicken run clear.
