Oriental Pork Chops/Chicken
 orientalpork2This is a really easy recipe and very tasty, the onesuffolk testers enjoyed it for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops or Chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Apricot Jam
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C: 400°F: Gas 6
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and brush the sauce over the chops or chicken.
  3. Lay the meat on a baking tray and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once.
  4. Serve with Rice or Noodles.
