Village View Magazine Features Oulton Parish Council

As a more economical way of keeping our parishioners involved and up to date with activities and developments within Oulton, we have decided to cease publication of our Newsletter and concentrate our efforts working with the Village View magazine.

Whilst our newsletter was a valuable and accessible way of keeping parishioners informed, we felt it would be best to focus efforts on continuing to grow our award winning website and to work closely with Village View magazine in producing local content for the magazine. Whilst popular, our newsletter was only available once a year and therefore producing monthly content for Village View means that YOU the parishioners are kept constantly aware of the things that matter to you with Oulton.

The Village View is a locally produced magazine, containing news, reviews and information on a variety of topics which are relevant to the local community. We produce content for the magazine comprising of reports and news from parish council meetings.

The magazine provides the perfect resource for information about local services and news involving the whole community, including where to eat, drink and shop.

The council firmly believes this is the perfect way to continue to provide up to date information, whilst working alongside our already popular website. We are committed to keeping YOU, the parishioners in touch with developments in Oulton, and providing a variety of ways to communicate is part of our commitment.

Village View is currently available at a variety of local outlets including, Oulton Medical Centre, Oulton Dental practice and the Oulton community centre.
