The Parish Council usually meets in the Village Hall (occasionally in the Martin Room at St Mary’s Church) on a Thursday at 7.30pm, at approximately six week intervals. The agenda for each meeting is published on the noticeboards outside the village hall and at Grimstone End.
Every meeting has a ‘public participation’ section where residents are invited to speak to the Council, and this is usually at an early stage in the agenda. By request, an item may be added to forthcoming meeting agenda for formal discussion. It is advisable, in these circumstances, to speak with one of the Councillors or the Clerk beforehand.
