Notices will be posted on the two village notice boards giving brief details of Planning Applications being considered by the Parish Council.  Three clear days notice will be given about the Planning Committee meeting to be held in Parham Village Hall to discuss applications.

A full Parish Council meeting will be called to discuss contentious applications.
