Phoenix Singers is administered by a Committee,
elected by the membership, which meets three times a year -

diary for the dates of the next meetings. Under the
Constitution the four Officers and other
committee members are elected for a term of three years.
This may be succeeded by a second term, after which the
post-holder normally retires.
