Meetings are normally held on the second Monday of every month at the Pinewood Community Hall, Laburnum Close at 7.30pm. Meetings are open to the public.  See noticeboard page for dates of meetings.

The Parish Council has three Committees as follows:-

Minister Simon Robinson (Shepherd Drive Baptist Church)

Human Resources Committee (Power for all staff employment, salary and related  issues)

All committees meet four times a year as a minimum with additional meetings as required.  Notice of meetings of the Community Hall/Car Park Committees are posted on this site or on the parish notice boards.  Human Resources Committee meetings are usually closed to the public in view of the nature of the business.
