Step 1:
Select the method you would like to save by (you may change this at
any point)
a. Standing order
b. Cash savings at a collection
point
c. Payroll deduction with
employer*
d. PayPoint card at local shops and
supermarkets showing the PayPoint logo

employer to become a credit union ‘payroll partner’)
Step
2:
Print and complete an application form. You can download the

Step 3:
If you are already a member of a retail co-op society, write
your Co-op Share number on the joining form. IF you are not a
member of East of England Co-op, Anglia Co-op, or the Co-op Group,
or another Co-op retail society in the East of England, then you
must join one.
Print and complete a co-op membership application form. (The
credit union common bond requires membership of your local coop)
You can pick up a coop membership application form from your local
co-op store or local credit union.

Step 4:
Please return completed application and coop membership forms to
your local credit union.
To satisfy money laundering regulations please bring two forms
of identification with you, one of which proves your current
address (not necessary for payroll members).
Please note - Credit Union membership costs £2 (deducted
from your first deposit).
