Reydon and District Community Transport (RDCT) is an association with limited liability registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts (No. 27340R) and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The registered address is 41, Hotson Road, Southwold, IP18 6BP.

RDCT has tax-exempt charitable status (HMRC Ref. XR27258).

It is a member of the Community Transport Association.

RDCT consists of a management committee and representatives of user organisations which have become members by purchasing a £1 share. The committee has a chairman, secretary, treasurer, booking secretary and a few user representatives; it meets two or three times a year. The financial year ends on 31 January. The annual general meeting is usually in April.
