Rochford Trust depends on
its Friends and Volunteers – for funding and to work with young
people who use the House.
Become a Friend of the Trust
If you’ve had the chance to digest some of the
information on this site (or from other sources) and think there’s
a value to what we are doing for young people in Woodbridge why not
become a Friend of the Rochford Trust?
Friends are the lifeblood who support the
activities of the Trust and allow us to keep Rochford House open.
The House is proving more and more popular as a meeting place for
young people in Woodbridge and donations from Friends (individuals
and organizations) are becoming increasingly important to secure
the project’s future.
You can become a Friend by making an occasional
or regular donation to the project. For more information please
telephone Liz Newman on 01394 388538 or email her at

Volunteering
We also need volunteers to work at the House
during opening times. The work, which is both challenging and
rewarding involves engaging with young people in a variety of
social and educational pursuits. We offer support and training to
people new to youth work and becoming a volunteer could lead to
part-time, paid employment.
To find out more and arrange an informal visit to
the House contact Liz Newman at the above phone number or email
address.
