MMX LITTLE SILVER MOTO PARK

The first round of the MMX Aston qualifying and Ben just missing out.

The long journey to Devon gave us no points with bike problems in both practice and racing. A cracked casing and a collapsed wheel saw Aston score no points. In the non qualifiers Ben was in a good 5th place when he injured his hand and had to withdraw.


9th March DONNINGTON PARK.

A massive track at Donnington looked daunting on arrival. Aston qualified on a new Honda only ridden the day before and he hauled himself from the back of the field to take 20th place and score a point in race 1. He also pulled from the back in race 2 but a crash on one of the big jumps put him out with a sore abdomen.

Ben did not qualify but to his credit , he took on the might of the track and finished both of his races. Well done Ben , that shows guts!
