I have been a Safer Neighbourhood Team Sergeant since the launch of the teams in 2007.  Prior to my promotion I was a Constable on the Roads Policing Unit based at Martlesham for eight years.  I am keen to see long-term improvements in our communities by increasing public safety and awareness whilst reducing the fear of crime.  I see Safer Neighbourhood Teams and their work with our partner agencies as key to achieving this.  I thoroughly enjoy my role.  I live locally and I am a keen golfer in my spare time.
