Welcome to the Lowestoft South Safer
Neighbourhood Team website.
In Suffolk, Safer Neighbourhood Teams are made up of Police
Officers, Police Community Support Officers, Specials and Police
Support Volunteers.
We work alongside staff from other organisations, including
district and borough councils to provide an even better service to
local people across the county.
Our team has a remit to solve problems identified by local people
from your area - which could range from crime and anti-social
behaviour to noise and litter.
Remember, we are here to help you, so please get in touch
withus if you need our assistance. Our team covers the
wards of Carlton Colville, Kessingland, Gisleham, Pakefield,

The next Community
Priority Setting Meeting
We hold regular tasking meetings, which are
attended by the police, county, district and parish councillors, as
well as our partners from health and educational
organisations.
The aim is to:
- Discuss issues put forward by the local community.
- Select the top three priorities to be addressed and how we are
going to tackle them.
- Arrange feedback to local people about progress.
These meetings are open to the public, so if you
would like to come along and raise any issues with us, the next one
for your area is on Wednesday 14th April 2010 at 7pm at the
Scout Hall, Kendal Road, Pakefield NR33 0JF.
If you can't make the meeting and would like to get in touch about
something which concerns you -
please contact us
Alternatively you could contact one of your Parish, District or
County Councillors, or a WDC officer - all of whom can attend
