Welcome to the Woodbridge and District
Safer Neighbourhood Team website. In Suffolk, Safer
Neighbourhood Teams are made up of Police Officers, Police
Community Support Officers, Specials and Police Support
Volunteers.
We work alongside staff from other organisations, including
district and borough councils to provide an even better service to
local people across the county.
Our team has a remit to solve problems identified by local people
from your area – which could range from crime and anti-social
behaviour to noise and litter. Remember, we are here to help you,
so please get in touch with us if you need our assistance.
The Woodbridge and District team covers the wards of Sutton,
Hollesley, Eyke, Orford, Tunstall, Otley, Wickham
Market, Rendlesham, Melton, Ufford, Riverside, Kyson,
Seckford and Farlingaye.

The next neighbourhood policing meeting
We hold regular tasking meetings, which are
attended by the police, county, district and parish councillors, as
well as our partners from health and educational organisations.
The aim is to:
-
Discuss issues put forward by the local
community.
-
Select the top three priorities to be
addressed and how we are going to tackle them.
-
Arrange feedback to local people about
progress.
These are not open to the public. However, the
next one for your area will on Tuesday 07 July 2009.
If you have issues you want raised at this
meeting – please
