This is your opportunity to tell the panel about
issues which concern you, whether you live or work in the
Woodbridge and District area. The panel will consis of you:
members of the public and their representatives; such as
Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators and Parish Councillors. The
panel will decide if the current team priorities will continue and
what new ones will be taken on.
The local police, on behalf of the rest of the partner agencies
will be in attendance, discussing issues that are raised on the
night as well as those raised by parties not attending the
meeting. Concerns and problems that have been raised during
public events and engagements will also be rasied at this
meeting. You do not have to have an issues to attend,
everyone is welcome to be part of the process. There will be
a Community Panel meeting in a different area each month.
Following the Community Panel meeting there will be an SNT Tasking
meeting where all the partner agencies will meet and discuss the
issues rasied by the Community Panel meeting. The Tasking
meeting will decide who is best able to tackle each priority and
they will also report back on any progress regarding these
priorities. Regualr attendees at the Tasking meeting include
Suffolk Coastal District Council, MOD Woodbridge, the Forestry
Commission, Suffolk County Council, Woodbridge Town Council, Parish
Councils and Residents
Associations.
