The club is run by the committee. Officers and Committee members stand for election or re-election at the Annual General Meeting, which is usually held in May each year. Officers are elected to stand for 1 year, Committee members for 3 years.

All Officers and Committee members become bailiffs upon election.

The committee meets monthly.

The objectives of the society are: -

• to provide fishing for its members
• to maintain and improve the fishery as opportunity presents
• by mutual effort and discussion, to improve the standard of fishing of its members and particularly to encourage juniors
