Eligibility
If you are receiving one of the following benefits you
are eligible for a card:
- Attendance Allowance
- Council Tax benefit
- Disability Living Allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Incapacity Benefit
- Income Support
- Severe disablement Allowance
- Jobseekers Allowance (contributions based)
- Jobseekers Allowance (income based)
- HC 2/3 Certificate (help with cost of prescriptions,
dentist/optician charges)
- OR Carers receiving Carer’s allowance
- OR If you are a full-time student or on a government training
scheme
- OR If you are over 60
- OR If you are in receipt of NASS payments
Suffolk Saver/Key Eligibility
You are entitled to a combined Suffolk Saver/Key card if
you are:
- Aged 60 or over
- OR registered blind or partially sighted
- OR registered with the Social services Department as
disabled
- OR suffer from a permanent disability which seriously impairs
your ability to walk
- OR are not permitted to drive or likely to be refused a driving
licence for medical reasons
