Appointments
As staff are employed on a range of duties at any one time, the
making of an appointment is necessary and should be made by
telephoning the Local Land Charges office on 01449 724690 or
01449 724686 or alternatively email:
Land.Charges@MidSuffolk.gov.uk.
At least 24 hours notice is requested.
After making your appointment you should send a plan of the
search site to the Land Charge Office either by fax or via email .
This will enable us to locate the records needed before you arrive.
We will not carry out a Search unless we have received a
location plan clearly identifying the property upon which a Search
is to be carried out.

Fee
The current fee is £11.00 and this sum is payable by the person
undertaking the personal search. Payment can be made when carrying
out the Search by cheque. A receipt will be issued at the
Reception Area.
