Witness Care Units (not guilty plea cases):

If you are a prosecution witness in a case that is going to trial at either a Magistrates' Court or the Crown Court in Suffolk, you will be contacted by a member of staff at one of the Witness Care Units. 

There is a Witness Care Unit supporting all victims and witnesses involved in trials in the Magistrates' Courts and a Witness Care Unit supporting those where the trial has been committed to the Crown Court. Please see contact details below:

Witness Support (guilty plea cases):

The three Witness Support teams helping those victims and witnesses involved in guilty plea cases are located at Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Lowestoft Police Stations in the Offender Management Units (OMU). Their contact details are as follows:
