Here The Ideal Fourfold Act of Holy Communion with The One God through God The Father, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit  - Names Expressive of The Divine Dynamics of The One Infinite Light, Eternal life and Absolute Love flowing through our Prayer, Meditation and Contemplation Attains Perfection. It at-once Crucifies and Resurrects us, revealing to us and realizing in us 'IMAGO DEI' - that we are made in the Image of God and likewise made for Full Conscious Union with God, not One Suffolk...! but One Spirit - with God.
