Trapped Now Free offers an on going support through an emailing service to people suffering from the following:

· Alcohol and drug abuse

· Self harm

· Over eating

· Anorexia and bulimia.

The website shares my experience and an understanding of the illness I suffer from with an insight to a solution I have found.

The site shares hope, courage and a way forward.
