Ufford is a delightful village some 3 miles north of the market
town of Woodbridge and 13 miles north-east Ipswich, the county town
of Suffolk, England. With some 420 households and a
population of 950, this historic village is surrounded by open
agricultural land and pretty water meadows.
With nearly 30 village organisations and two

WINTER WARMER - WEATHER ALERTS
If this Winter follows the same weather patterns as in the last
couple of years, the Parish Council would like to be able to pull
an invisible "emergency cord" to let neighbours help each other in
the event of a sudden cold-snap.
We'll be getting the inside "weather" track from the Highways
department, and with email we've got the technology - so why not
let the Parish Council have your email addresses so we can fill you
in on whether you need to get out and grit your
pathways.
Please help us to help you, register your name, address and email
here
now.
>> But don't worry, your details will be always remain
confidential and will never be sold or shared with anyone
outside the village...
STOP THE PRESS - your "
Ufford
Punch" Newsletter will have an online version
soon. Watch this space for more details!
