West Suffolk LSP has three ‘layers’. Click the links to see the members of each.

At the top is the  Executive Board which has high profile representatives, such as Chief Executives, from each of the partner organisations. This group is responsible for overall executive decisions and meets four times a year. Board meetings are open to the public.

Next there is the  Community Strategy Steering Group which also has representatives from each of the sectors involved in the LSP but at a slightly lower level. This group concentrates on driving through the action plan from the Community Strategy and meets every month. From this group there are smaller spin-off groups which work on individual projects to get them off the ground and make things happen.

In addition, we host a conference once a year and hold Forum meetings twice a year to brief all partners and consult them on any key issues that are coming up.
