Allocation Policy at St
Andrews
Close
The District Councillor has outlined the allocations policy for
houses in St Andrews Close as follows:
Numbers 1-6 are allocated on a Wickham Skeith connection first
basis, irrespective of housing need. If a Wickham Skeith connected
person does not come forward these will then be allocated to
surrounding villages.
Numbers 7-10 are allocated on a Wickham Skeith connection first,
depending on housing need, and then to a parish with an adjoining
boundary eg Mendlesham, Thwaite. Then borough wide.
Wickham connection means living here; parents or children living
here; employment here.
