Woodbridge Town Council is pleased to announce the dates of two FREE concerts in Elmhurst Park this Summer:-

Saturday 17th May 2008

The Suffolk Concert Band - Woodbridge plays host to one of Suffolk's most well known ensembles. Playing from 2 - 4 p.m. (organised in partnership with the Town Centre Co-Ordinator)  Click Here for more information.

Sunday 6th July 2008 *Revised Time*

Bands from Farlingaye High School - Playing from 5.00 - 7.00 p.m. Music performed by young people aged 12-18.

Both events suitable for all the family.  Feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy the live music.

Woodbridge & District Lions Club "Extravaganza".  Starts at 2.00p.m.  An afternoon of games, stalls and sideshows (and of course the Whooppee Dipper!!) for all the family.  Contact 0845 8332820 for further details.

The 4th Suffolk Folk Festival present a FREE concert from 12 Noon until 5.00 p.m. with The Simon Hopper Band, Cruel Folk, Triangle and The John Bosley Band.  Click Here for more information.

Saturday 19th July 2008

The Osiligi Maasai Warrior Troupe are returning to Woodbridge for the first time in four years.  This year's performances will be taking place in Elmhurst Park from 3.00 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.  (There will also be another chance to see the Troupe on Friday 25th July outside the Shire Hall on the Market Square from 7.00 p.m.  For further details about the Maasi Warrior Troupe Click Here.
