The large enclosed play area is suitable for a wide range of children featuring many items of traditional play equipment including a popular aerial runway.  The play area also offers a shaded picnic area complete with benches.

KFRockCrossPlayEquipment Two new exciting pieces of play equipment were installed in Autumn 2007 at a cost of £11,000.

The "Rock n' Cross" combines a multi rider see-saw with a dynamic overhead challenge to create a truly new and exciting activity.

The SkyGame may be the most challenging and rewarding overhead event in the playground. The users must lift and push the "pods" along the rails to move from end to end much like a "hand-over-hand" activity.

The field offers views and easy access to the River Deben with car parking areas located beside the field.  There is also a Coffee Shop in the Pavilion which is open 7 days a week during the Summer.
