If you would like to help us cover the costs of mailing please consider affiliation to Age Concern Suffolk. To get this form either telephone on 01473 284250 or email rita.howe@ageconcernsuffolk.org.uk and a form will be sent to you.

Transport
Grants

A small fund is administered on behalf of Suffolk County Council to provide grants towards the cost of transporting senior citizens with mobility problems to their regular club meetings.

Clubs for senior citizens that are affiliated to Age Concern Suffolk may apply for a transport grant to assist with these costs.

Telephone 01473 284250 or email rita.howe@ageconcernsuffolk.org.uk to request more information about the Transport Grants scheme.
