Advocacy Service

A free confidential service available to anyone living in Suffolk who is over the age of sixty, or to the carers of a senior citizen who lives in Suffolk.

Age Concern Suffolk Advocacy Service offers:

  • Practical assistance to secure your rights and access services
  • Someone to listen to your concerns and help clarify the situation
  • Help to explore your choices and consider the way forward
  • Support to enable you to act on your decisions
  • An advocate to speak or write on your behalf to express your wishes

We are unable to give advice on legal or financial matters, nor can we offer counselling or mediation. However if we are unable to provide a service ourselves we will endeavour to signpost our clients to another agency offering the service required.
