Homelessness and housing
- Advice if you’re homeless, threatened with homelessness or have
a problem with your landlord
- Advice if you’re behind with your rent or mortgage repayments,
or you’re being taken to court for repossession of your
property
- If you are threatened with court action, you should take advice
before your court hearing. You can also access the independent duty
advice service at Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft county
courts
- Your local district or borough council will also have a housing
advice service
