Henley is a village of about 225 houses and a population of 560 situated 5 miles north west of Ipswich.

The heart of Henley village contains a 13th century medieval Church named after St. Peter and a recently built Community centre.

Henley does have a Pub, which is located just on the outskirts of the village towards Hemmingstone.

Unfortunately the Henley village post office and general stores closed down a few years ago.

Henley has about 20 recreational, social clubs and various village groups. - A very active community. The Henley Community centre is available to hire for Birthdays, Weddings and almost any other social events including sports, just click on the link to find more information

Henley Parish Council is committed to: -Creating a spirit within our community that is always friendly & welcoming.

We are nearing completion of our future Parish Plan, which is focusing on Community enhancements, a welcome pack and a new Henley Village sign.
