onesuffolk community site

onesuffolk community websites have been designed to help people involved in community and voluntary groups get their own free website. All you have to do is have some good ideas and the time needed to enter some content - words and pictures for your website.

Easy to use
The onesuffolk system is easy to use - if you've used Microsoft Word on your PC then you should find it easy to create and maintain pages on your own website.

If you get stuck
If you get stuck there's someone on the end of the phone (or email) - we have a team of two people based in Ipswich who are happy to help.

How do I register?
Fill in our online registration form. You'll need to know the name of your organisation and have some ideas about the kind of topics your site will include - these will appear in the left hand menu on your website. Once you've completed the form, we'll send you a manual and joining instructions.

What will my web address be?
When you've completed your site it will have a web address of  "www.onesuffolk.co.uk/my organisation name here" . Alternatively you can register your own address from a domain registration company. You can redirect your address to your onesuffolk pages - Let us know if you need help doing this.

What are you waiting for?
Sign up now - it's easier than you think, and you'll be joining historical societies, allotment clubs, football teams, parish councils, morris dancers, jazz clubs and brownies and many more...

Still got questions?
If you have any questions about onesuffolk or our community websites then please ring us on 01473 583 891. We have an answerphone outside office hours, but we always return calls. Alternatively you can email Kerry at Kerry.burn@onesuffolk.co.uk

AOL users!
Unfortunately due to issues with the AOL browser you'll experience difficulties if you try and use our online registration form. But don't worry, all you need to do is launch Internet Explorer (there should be a blue 'e' icon on your desktop or start menu). This will work fine with our sign-up form. If you get stuck ring us on 01473 583 891.
