Self Management Courses available

Expert Patient Programme CIC will be delivering self management courses for people with long term health conditions. The courses are free and run for 2.5 hours, one day a week for six weeks.

First Stop Advice

First Stop Advice is a new free comprehensive one stop advisory service for older people, their families and carers covering housing, care, money and rights. One call to the advice line 0800 377 70 70 or one visit to www.firststopcareadvice.org.uk brings together the skills of four highly experienced organisations working in partnership for the benefit of older people,- Help the Aged, Elderly Accommodation Counsel, Counsel and Care and NHFA Care Advice.
