If you need to make a referral, please complete the
online form with as much information as
you have. If you have difficulties, or if a referral has been made
and you have not been
contacted within 48 hours, please
telephone Customer First on 0808 800 4005. If your referral is out
of hours and urgent please call the Emergency Duty Service on 0808
800 4005.

Domestic Violence Training
E-learning
In order to meet the rising demand for Adult
Safeguarding Awareness Training, a free electronic training
programme has been developed.
Individuals will be able to take the course at a time suitable to
them and a certificate can be printed on completion of the
course.

Adult Safeguarding Training at West Suffolk
College
Two courses are available through West Suffolk
College, a half day course for carers and a full day course for
managers.
