Stoke Ash & Thwaite Parish Plan
A great big thank you to all who took the time to complete the
questionnaires, or commented. It has been greatly
appreciated. The response has more than we had hoped, with a
few still arriving. We have had over 50% back.
The responses are being analysed, but clear themes are
emerging:
- Speed
- Litter
- Dog Mess
- Recycling
- Play equipment
This will all come together in the Stoke Ask & Thwaite Plan
and will direct the priorities for the council with the small
amount of monies it has. This document will also serve a
number of other purposes. Many sources of grant funding, through
governmental and non-governmental funding streams require
demonstration of the needs and aspirations of the parishioners and
the setting of priorities within the communitiy.
The draft action plan will be discussed at the Parish
Council on the 17th November, come listen and join the
debate.
