you according to your written contract. If you don't have a written
contract we can advise you about your statutory rights including

To be able to give advice by e-mail, our advisers need to know
key information that relates to your enquiry. Below by advice area
are the questions that are relevant to each enquiry area, which we
need you to give the bureau the answers to within your e-mail
request. We also need to have your name, address and telephone
number as there are occasions when we need to contact you to find
