Personal Searches at Suffolk Coastal
District Council
An extract of the Local Land Charges Register
can be obtained electronically by using the Suffolk Searches
“Personal Search” request service. Other public information which
you require can be either viewed on our website or in our main
reception during normal office hours (no appointment
required).

If you prefer to visit the offices to obtain
the Local Land Charges Register for free (as a personal search) Our
offices are open during normal office hours - Monday - Thursday
08.45 - 17.15 and 08.45 - 16.45 Friday. No appointment is
necessary.
Please note commencing 12th January
2011 the offices will not be open until 9.30 on Wednesdays due to
customer service staff training.
On arrival at the offices go to the Planning Helpdesk where
the Local Land Charges Register will be made available for
inspection for the property/land you wish to search.
