Personal Searches at Forest Heath D.C.
An extract of the Local Land Charges Register can be obtained
electronically by using the Suffolk Searches “Personal Search”
request service. Other public information which you require can be
either viewed on our website or in our planning reception area
during normal office hours (no appointment required to view other
public information).

If you prefer to visit the offices to obtain the Local Land
Charges Register and other public information, please email
land.charges@forest-heath.gov.uk
to request an appointment. At least 24 hours is required and a
plan. Six searches may be undertaken at any one visit.
On arrival at the office, please report to the Main Reception
and then proceed to the Planning Reception area where a paper copy
of the relevant extract of the Local Land Charges Register will be
given to you for a fee of £22.00. You will then be able to view all
other public information in the planning reception area.
