Personal Searches at Mid Suffolk DC

Appointments

Alternatively you can visit the Mid Suffolk District Council offices and inspect the Land Charges Register for free. An appointment is advisable to ensure all the information is made available to you. We may not have the information available unless a site plan clearly identifying the property is received in advance of your arrival.

Appointments should be made by telephoning the Local Land Charges Office on 01449 724690 or emailing land.charges@midsuffolk.gov.uk. Plans should be emailed or faxed to 01449 724696.

On arrival at the offices, go to the reception/planning duty office where the Local Land Charges Register will be made available for inspection.

There is a right for members of the public to view the information. There is no general right to take copies in any way (including images via camera, mobile phone or scanner). You are likely to be in breach of copyright under The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
