Appointments
As staff are employed on a range of duties at any one time, the
making of an appointment is necessary and should be made by
telephoning the Local Land Charges office.
At least 24 hours notice is requested.
Highway information will not be provided over the
telephone. Inspection of the public highway
register is by appointment at our offices in
Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk BETWEEN THE HOURS
OF 9AM AND 5PM

. It would be advisable to have a plan of the property
available when you visit. There is no parking available to
the public at Endeavour House. There are three park and ride
services on the outskirts of Ipswich. In addition there is a
free shuttle bus service operating around the town of Ipswich,
travelling to Endeavour House (Service 38). For further

If it is inconvenient to travel to Ipswich, then such information
can be provided in a written format upon receipt of a plan and
payment of a fee to cover costs involved (see Fees section
below).
Alternatively, a List of Streets is provided to District Councils
together with updates on a regular basis. This forms the
public highways register and can be inspected free of charge at
District Council offices.
Please enquire direct with them as to any specific arrangement
which may be necessary to arrange inspection.
Arrival
On arrival at Endeavour House, go to Main Reception and ask for
the Local Land Charges Section. Main Reception will inform the
staff in the Local Land Charges office, one of whom will come to
the reception area with documents that you require.
