from staffing to funding, as well as increased training
opportunities, options to attend free conferences and workshops,

option to recieve and use for your own needs our email and
newsletter network, plus lots more!

Attain the Young Suffolk Quality Standard Mark!
The Young Suffolk Quality Standard Mark is now a requirement for
anyone seeking to secure YOF funding.
This award is free to all Young Suffolk Members, and as well as the
Quality Standards Full Version, a new Quality Standards Lite award
is available for smaller organisations and clubs.

Attend some Training!
From first aid to Safeguarding, Young Suffolk provide access to
relevant youth work training, either through hosting our own
accredited courses - such as the successful 9 week OCN accredited
Introduction to Working with Children and Young People course which
is now being rolled out accross Suffolk - or by helping
organisations access funding and training through other
means.

Get the Latest News!
Young Suffolk FlasheMails offer our member organisations a weekly
chance to keep up to date with current opportunities and notices,
including advertising events and vacancies. We also send out a
quarterly newsletter - the Young Suffolk Network magazine - which
you can view together with our Stop Press, plus previous editions,
by going to our Communications page. For all other

Start Networking!
There are lots of key events in the Young Suffolk annual calendar
that our members are invited to, from the CWDC conference in March,
Positively Active in July and the AGM in November, plus the new
Young Suffolk Forum which is scheduled to be held three times a
year from Amy 2009.

Every year our member organisations can apply for two fantastic
awards - the Roddy Macleod Award and the Young Suffolk Presiden't
Award. Both these awards are made to recognise the achievements of
