Part of the Seckford Foundation Family Support Service to the Woodbridge/Kesgrave cluster. Main aim is preventative work, some services bought in by Suffolk County Council Children and Young Peoples Services. Families are referred by other agencies and themselves. Deben Family Centre provides support to parents of children age 0-12 experiencing difficulties We also support the wider community by providing accommodation for the Deben Toddler Group and the Deben Doubles (twin and multiple births.

Home-Start Babergh offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in the local community. Home-Start offers a unique service, recruiting and training volunteers – who are usually parents themselves – to visit families at home who have at least one child under the age of 5, to offer informal friendly and confidential support. To help give children the best possible start in life, Home-Start supports parents as they grow in confidence, strengthen their relationships with their children and widen the links with the local community. Home-Start Babergh has been offering this service for the past 16 years

HOPS is a summer play scheme and monthly Saturday club for children and young people with physical, sensory and learning disabilities, between 4 and 16 years.
