Young Suffolk Area Coordinators
Young Suffolk have three Young Suffolk Area Coordinators working
across the South, North and West of Suffolk. Their role is to help
and support Young Suffolk Members with any queries, problems or
good ideas for development that can arise.
If your group needs a training course or funding, has
recruitment issues, would like to talk about current legislation,
is interested in seeing what other groups are doing in Suffolk,
then the Area Co-ordinator can help with all of this. For example,
with funding an Area Coordinator will help you ;
- track down sources of funding
- with funding priorities and strategies
- with bid writing
- business planning
- electronic Funding updates
- ongoing support and information sharing
The Area Coordinators also attend Suffolk County Council and
Cluster meetings so the VCS in Suffolk can find out about important
decisions affecting them. If you are interested in attending these
